Bye, Bye Winter! Hello Spring!

It’s that time of year. It’s warming up. There are baby animals being born; I’m particularly fond of the fuzzy little lambs. And the peach trees are now getting their flowers. Where bare branches disappeared into the landscape, now fluffy pink patches dot the fields and villages. There are several around my house and I love the bright color, welcoming in the new season.

It’s now been more than eleven months since I came to Lesotho and so far this is one of the most beautiful times of years. It’s been months without rain but the trees are adding some much needed color to the brown landscape. Soon I hope there will be green again too.

That’s all for this short post. I just need to share the love. Remember to stop and enjoy the flowers every once in a while. Happy Spring!
